We were there for 3 nights, overall had an amazing stay. The hotel has good location near to numerous restaurant options, and bars, restaurants, shops and amenities. Found Mozza Mozzarella with perfect drinks 300 feet away. The poolside bar was available on the premises.

Convenient location for shopping and dining. Exceptional staff, especially François and Jermaise. Modern and new property. Great breakfast with a perfect variety of food. Ideal lawn area for exercise. Clean and well-maintained pool with attentive servers.

Absolutely stunning hotel with a jaw-dropping pool. The cocktails were mind-blowingly delicious, especially the Mojito. The rooms were lovely with a wonderful view over the pool and everything was super clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, close to shopping malls and supermarkets, and getting an Uber was a breeze. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. The hotel had a modern and chic vibe, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Although there were no balcony rooms, the pool area was a great alternative. The breakfast was fantastic with a perfect variety of food items. The lawn area was ideal for exercising, and the pool and chairs were cleaned and well maintained. The servers were excellent, providing assistance with drinks and lunch. a truly amazing stay at this hotel!

Magnificent and perfect location for our visit to Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana within a close distance from the hotel. Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV in the room and the comfortable bed.

The AC Hotel was definitely worth the money! The room was spacious and nicely equipped, and the staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was situated in a fantastic area, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, and easily accessible via Uber. Garden pesticide issue.

The room was big with a comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. The service was good, totally satisfied. The location was fantastic and good for walking around a 1-story indoor mall. We visited bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

During our Xmas stay, we were happy with the friendly and helpful staff. The modern and sleek look of the property impressed us and we enjoyed spending time lounging by the pool. Another benefit was the convenient location with many shopping places nearby.

the breakfast buffet lacked variety and quality. our room was on the small side and lacked a balcony.
